Shipping, Warranty and Service

 

 

Shipping Policy

We are providing free shipping for all prepaid / COD orders deliverable to any location in the country. The estimate time of delivery may vary from place to place once the products are dispatched from our warehouse, but generally it varies from 3 - 5 days. The user must agree to provide authentic and true information, to avoid any kind of delay or loss of the product.

BE reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the user at any point of time. If upon confirmation, such user details are found not true (wholly or partly), BE has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the user from using the services available at this website, and / or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name, address or contact number) any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be claimed by the user placing the order.

For Deliveries within India all taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the Website. We would send you a tracking number and link to our courier company with your shipping confirmation email so you can track your order. At times orders can get delayed for reasons outside of our control. BE shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods by flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond our control. 

 

Return, Exchanges & Cancellations  

BE does not offer any return or exchange facility. After having placed their order, customers may cancel their order by giving proper reasons for cancellation, only if the order has not been dispatched yet. We do not accept any cancellation on orders after the product has been dispatched from our warehouse. In case of cancellation, there is no credit refund given on the purchase amount, but you may exchange it for another BE product(s) available on our website of same or higher value by paying the remainder. Any product that has been hampered or damaged while transportation MUST be notified by email within 24 hours of the product being delivered and returned to our warehouse within a strict time period of one week, else BE will not be liable to accept the product. In such cases, the customer will have to write to info@BEonline.in and a prompt response is guaranteed from our end. We will investigate the damage from our end. We will try to repair or replace the product. However, BE reserves the right to determine authenticity of damage and to decide whether we may be able to repair or replace the product. All couriers of this nature will be borne by the customer themselves. BE will only bear the expenses of the transaction after the repair of the product.

 

After Sale Service

BE agrees to repair your product at BE's cost, if the product is purchased from BE Website or other E-Commerce Platforms and have a manufacturing defect either on arrival or during the warranty term specified for the relevant product in the warranty guidelines(given in warranty guidelines page link), commencing from the date of purchase.

If the BE product is purchased from BE website or any other platform such as amazon, flipkart, myntra, nykaa, tata cliq etc. than it is advisable to the customers to connect with the platform directly once, but if you are not satisfied there then you can contact us. We provide only repair/replacement service in such case if the product is under warranty; for which you have to courier the product to our address and you have to bear one side courier expenses as we don’t provide door step services and we will send the repaired/replaced product to your address at our expenses.

Repair/replace can be done only one time for any BE product (Purchases either from website or any platform).

If a product is shown as "1 day Replacement" then it is eligible for Repair/replace only. You should see this on the product page:

Products with "1 day Replacement" are eligible for repair within 48-72 hours of delivery, in the unlikely event that the product received is damaged. Once the product is received by us and found to be intact with all the accessories originally sent, we will initiate a repair of that product or issue full store credit so that you may "exchange" and buy another product from our website.

*Accessories are not covered under warranty. If the customer notifies us of a damaged or defective accessory within 1 day after delivery, we will replace it; otherwise, the company is not liable.

 


Ineligible products for "Repair / Post Sales Service”:


*Products that are received in a damaged condition and are brought to our notice beyond 1 day of delivery.

*If you have mishandled the product or not used it as directed by the brand in which causes the product to be damaged.

 

Post Sale Service Process

We try our best to have the entire post sale service process sorted out for you as quickly as possible; it usually takes 10-12 days. Here's a quick breakup of the process and how much time each step of the process takes.

Raising the request:  Once you've raised a request, you should hear back from us by the next working day. We may have a few questions and clarifications that we may need before we go ahead and approve your repair/replacement request.

Inspection: Once the product has reached us, we will need 2 to 3 working days to have the product inspected and we will update you with the outcome of the inspection thereafter.

 

Refund Policy

If the product delivery is delayed due to natural calamities, delay due to the logistics partners, unavailability of the customer, etc. are covered under exceptions and a refund will not be entertained under such circumstances

If the customer does not notify physical damage within 1 day of receiving the product or damage due to electrical surge or any damage caused by the user.

Please note that depending on the situation, the amount may be refunded after deducting the bank and delivery charges.
